The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as unde : 1.       The industry has submitted that it still operating on coal/furnace oil whereas the industry was directed to shift from coal/furnace oil to PNG within 3 month by 31/12/2021 and then upto 30/06/2022. 2.       The industry has not submitted consent fee alongwith penalty fee for five years as per the policy of the Board.  The industry has not submitted NOC regularization fee for the increase cost of fix assets. 3.       The industry has not submitted stack emission (acid mist) analysis report alongwith application form. 4.       The industry has not submitted latest agreement with JBR and is requested to make new agreement with CETP Chanallon for lifting of trade effluent. 5.       The industry is requested to submit records regarding freshwater consumption for process, untreated effluent generated as well as lifted by the CETP operator.   In view of the above if approved  the application maybe  returned with the request to resubmit the same after attending to the above observations.
