<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">PP has obtained EC for the development of flats @ 296 and 07 shops with a built-up area of 28569 sqm at Village Aujla, Kharar, Distt. SAS Nagar.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has again applied the CTE for the development of Flats @ 296 and 7 shops, same has already been processed.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is further intimated that PP has applied CTO under the Air act,1981 for the development of Flats @240 flats </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported that The PP has provided dual plumbing lines, Presently, 80-90 families are residing in the colony The project proponent has installed one DG set of capacity @ 250 KVA. and PP is also complying with conditions with Environmental Clearance granted to it. the Site is suitable for such a type of project as well as the provision of the Air Act,1981</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved fresh CTO under the Air Act,1981 applied by the PP for the development of Flats @ 240 may be granted up to 30/6/23 with special conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
