<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The colonizer has its reply to the show cause notice bearing no. 4774 dated 03.10.2022 has submitted that as per FAR approx. construction area of our colony is less than 1,50,000 sq.meters.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The PP has submitted revised feasibility during the personal hearing. According to which there will be generation of domestic effluent @ 145 KLD for which PP has already 1.55 acres of land under green area and now has submitted a lease deed for 17 kanals i.e., 2 acre 1 Kanal to develop plantation for the discharge of treated domestic effluent. From above it is clear now, the PP has adequate land for the disposal of treated domestic effluent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The PP has proposed to develop compost pits for the management of wet waste.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">From above it is clear that the PP has submitted a proposal for the treatment of domestic effluent and its discharge, which is adequate, hence NOC may be granted to the colonizer with suitable conditions. </span></p> |
