CTE/Exp/ASR/2021/16158108 dated 19/07/2021, valid upto 18/07/2022, for the installation of sortex/grading machine for production of sorted Rice @ 11.5 T/Hour by using Raw Rice @ 12 T/Hour as raw material <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now the project proponent has applied for extension in above CTE for expansion under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 details of the case are as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that extension in NOC for expansion from pollution angle under the provision of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent for further one year with suitable terms and special conditions as under:</span></p>
