<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">It is intimated that earlier the Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted to the industry under the name & style of M/s Khosla Agro Overseas, Near-Bye Pass Chowk, Amritsar Road, Batala, District-Gurdaspur vide online reference no. CTOW/Renewal/GRP/2017/6348255 & CTOA/Renewal/GRP/2017/6350285 & dated 10/11/2017, which are valid upto 30/09/2021 for the production of Steamed Rice @ 30 Metric Tonnes/Day, Rice Husk @ 27 Metric Tonnes/Day, Parboiled Rice @ 90 Metric Tonnes/Day & Rice Bran @ 6.50 Metric Tonnes/Day by using Paddy @ 200 Metric Tonnes/Day under Red category for processing of Saila Plant/Steamed Rice.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 under new Name & Style M/s CAK Foods (P) Ltd, Opposite-Shahpuri Pulli, Bye Pass Chowk, Amritsar Road, Batala, District-Gurdaspur for the production of Raw Rice @ 80 MTD, Rice Bran @ 8.30 MTD & Rice Husk @ 17.30 MTD by using Paddy @ 128 MTD under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The industry has submitted an undertaking along with application and intimated that the industry namely M/ Khosla Agro Overseas has been lease deed by its new Director <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Sh. Varun Khosla S/o Sh. Arjun Dev Khosla and now they have applied for obtaining fresh consents to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and new name & style of M/s CAK Foods (P) Ltd, Opposite-Shahpuri Pulli, Bye Pass Chowk, Amritsar Road, Batala, District-Gurdaspur. The industry has submitted copy of lease deed of the firm. The industry has also submitted the copy of its new Directorship Firm. The industry has submitted copy of building plan of its new unit prepared by competent person under Factory Act. As per report issued from DTP, Gurdaspur vide his office letter no. 1315 dated 03/10/2018, report that the site falls in accommodated industrial land use as per Master Plan (2010-2031) of Batala. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The industry has deposited Rs. 90,000/- vide UTR No. KKBKH22279951349 dated 06/10/2022 & Rs. 90,500/- vide UTR No. KKBKH22279953371 dated 06/10/2022 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 respectively against gross value of fixed assets of Rs. 626.63 Lacs as on 31/08/2022 as per value of C.A. certificate submitted by the industry and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts Including form downloading fee. As per details submitted the industry has installed 02 no. shelling sections and 02 no. drier sections and cyclones as APCD provided separately with these sections. The industry has also installed bag filter as APCD with its boiler of capacity @ 10 TPH and will use rice husk as fuel.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2027 without visiting the unit/site in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016 with suitable conditions along with suitable conditions along with special condition that:-</span></p>
