CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2020/12599176 dated 22.06.2020 valid upto 30.06.2025 for Dyeing of Acrylic and Fancy Yarn @ 4000 Kgs/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 390 KLD into sewer after ETP & domestic effluent @ 1.0 KLD into sewer along with one boiler of 5 TPH capacity with Trima Cyclone and two stage alkali wet Scrubber as APCD & three DG sets of capacity 140 KVA, 160 KVA & 250 KVA with canopies.<span style="color: red;"> </span></span></p>

However, the industry has granted 435 KLD shares of CETP, hence the discharge of the industry was 256.2 KLD more than the share allotted to it. Earlier, no machines of the industry was seal. Hence, 37% machinery of the industry i.e. 9 Cabinet machines of 60 Kg was sealed on 18.10.2022 as per the directions of the Competent Authority of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">D)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has now applied for varied ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for Dyeing of Acrylic and Fancy Yarn @ 8640 kg/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 691 KLD out of which 258 KLD re-use in process balance 433 KLD & domestic effluent @ 2 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD along one boiler of 5 TPH capacity & one boiler of 6 TPH with Trima Cyclone and two stage alkali wet Scrubber as APCD & three DG sets of capacity 140 KVA, 160 KVA & 250 KVA with canopies. The industry has also requested to de-seal its dyeing machinery on the basis that it is now re-using its light shade/final wash effluent in dark colour lots and discharging less effluent as per the shares into the CETP 50 MLD.</span></p>

The industry has also provided flow meter at the outlet of the tank used for re-using the said effluent back into the process. </span></p>

The average daily discharge for current month is yet to be update on the site. </span></p>
