<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The industry was visited by <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>the undersigned on 31/10/2022 and contacted Sh. Bhajan Singh at site. During visit, as per site shown by Sh. Bhajan Singh, part boundary wall has been done on the proposed site. No construction work was in progress. During visit, it was observed that a hotmix plant namely York Builders Pvt. Ltd., Village Pola, falls within 500 meters of the proposed site (check through Google Maps and screenshot is attached). As per the SDM report addressed to the Office vide no. 1522 dated 29/09/2022, it is mentioned that </span><span lang="PA" style="font-family: 'Raavi',sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">ਪੋਲਟਰੀ, ਡੈਅਰੀ ਅਦਿ ਤੋ ਦੂਰੀ ਲਗਭਗ 560-570 ਮੀਟਰ ਹੈ ।</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">As per the </span>CPCB poultry farm specific guidelines issued vide notification no. B-4032/PCI-SSI/Poultry/2015/13165 dated 20/10/2015, distance of the poultry farm should be 500 meters from nearby poultry, dairy or another livestock enterprises or industry.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">In this case, the hotmix plant as checked from Google Maps, is within 500 meters. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">At this stage, the application cannot be processed. Therefore, if approved, the application may be returned and letter may be sent to SDM Fatehgarh sahib to get the site re-verified in terms of distance of the said site from the industry namely York Builders Pvt. Ltd., Village Pola. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p> |
