<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt; margin: 0in 4.9pt .0001pt 14.35pt;">The project proponent has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for setting up an poultry farm.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt; margin: 0in 4.9pt .0001pt 14.35pt;">The industry has filled online application form, uploaded project report, certificate from the revenue department regarding the suitability of the site, site plan location plan, proof of ownership of land.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt; margin: 0in 4.9pt .0001pt 14.35pt;">The project proponent has deposited Rs. 2200/- vide fee.no. 229152665703 dated 18.10.2022 as NOC fee, which is adequate for one year.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt; margin: 0in 5.2pt .0001pt 14.35pt;">In order to verify the application form, the site of the proposed industry was visited by the AEE of this office on<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>02.11.2022 and it was<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>observed as under:-</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 5.2pt .0001pt 58.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->There is no residential house within 500 mtr radius of the proposed site.</p>

However, the boundary of the proposed poultry farm has been earmarked.</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; margin: 0in 5.15pt .0001pt 58.5pt;"> Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the Consent to Establish (NOC) under<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for setting up a poultry farm may be issued with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that the poultry farm shall obtain permission from all the concerned departments.</p>
