<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">The industry was raised clarification on 07.10.2022 and again on 13.10.2022 but it has not complied with the special condition of previous i.e. it has not submitted the area classification from the DTP JALANDHAR instead it has only submitted an udertaking till date. </span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">In light of non-compliance of the previous consent condition the CTO of the industry may be refused under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</span></p> |
