<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that as per possession given by the P.P, existing STPs are not adequate to cater to the waste generated from the total wastewater generated from the project site. Construction work of the project was in progress, but P.P has not obtained revised E.C. P.P has not installed a mechanical composter. PP has not made the compliance and hearing decisions dated 29/6/2021 and dated 20/5/2022.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Therefore notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 along with another opportunity of personal hearing before the Chairman of the Board on 11/11/2022 issued to the project proponent vide Board's letter no. 6435-36 dated 19/10/2022.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> PP has submitted a reply to the notice, same is not satisfactory. The CTO application is pending since 23/8/22.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO applied by the PP may be refused please, and further action will be decided during the hearing dated 11/11/22</span></p>
