<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In the said letter, the unit has proposed conversion of 5 no. storage tanks and installation of additional storage tank of capacity 45 KL for ATF Fuel.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 26.05pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">However, it is required to be clarification from the unit whether the said change in proposal shall increase the estimated project cost for expansion and if the said change is such that the estimated cost increases from 15 Crore, then the unit is required to deposit balance NOC fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 26.05pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of the above, if approved, the application be sent back to RO, Bathinda for taking clarification from the unit regarding the aforementioned observation.</span></p> |
