The industry has submitted the detail of machinery on 03.11.2022 in Regional Office-2, Jalandhar. As per the details submitted, It has added CNC machines, Machine double head, CNC lathes, CNC grinding and one shot blasting machine. The shot blasting machine is with the bag house filter.<em>&nbsp;There is no trade effluent generation.</em></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">2. The analysis report of the treated effluent samples from the STP of the Industry has been received from ZO lab on 02.11.2022 and as per the analysis report all parameters are found within the prescribed limits of the Board.(copy attached)</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">3. The industry is generating treated domestic effluent from its STP which can be utilized as a sprinkling arrangement for controlling the dust emission, the industry may be directed to do the same.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">4. The undersigned has clarification to the industry on 13.10.2022 but it had not replied to the same. The undersigned was engaged in the district stubble burning reporting for which various meetings were being held with DC Jalandhar taken by the CS Punjab and CAQMS during these days, Also NCAP VCs are being held frequently as Jalandhar is Non-attainment city and undersigned has been assigned the task of PRANA for the NCAP for most of time is being exhausted for coordinating with the various stakeholder departments. The applications were got inadvertently delayed but nonetheless the delay is regretted and as per the instructions of the higher authorities the consent applications will be prioritized over the other tasks.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">Keeping in view of the above it is recommended that CTO under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2024.</span></p>
