The representative of the institute attended the office of Regional Office, SAS Nagar and requested to consider the request regarding the submission of balanced fee. The representative was guided that the fee could only be submitted through Online mode. As such, it is requested submit balance fee amounting Rs. 168000 i.e. 42000x4=168000 each under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The representative was also requested to submit the bank guarantee of Rs. 1.0 lac in compliance to the decisions of the personal hearing within 01 day so as to proceed further in the matter. |
