<p>it is submitted that spent HCL is hazardous waste described under HWM Rules 2016. M/S JBR has no authorization under HWM Rules 2016 to receive and treat/process spent HCL i.e HW for its unit either at phase 8 focal point or at kohara nor the industry has such authorization to dispose of such HW i.e spent HCL.</p>
<p>Further the provisions of HWM Rules 2016 or Water Act 1974 do not allow to dicharge or dispose of HW by mixing with trade efflunt.</p>
<p>so it is recommended that consent may be refused to the industry and further required action may be taken against it and M/S JBR.</p>
<p>It is also submitted that agreements are executed by M/S JBR mentioning its registered office at Moti Nagar Ludhiana only and not loaction of its units. The firm needs to be direced to clearly mention name and location of plant for which agreemnts are executed.</p> |
