<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">Now, the project proponent has applied renewal of Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite document.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 13.97 crore on 31.03.2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 86,400/- vide UTR No. 29863117001DC dated 29.10.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 Rs. 72,000/- vide UTR no. 29863152871DC dated 29.10.2022. After deduction of NOC fee, the consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, 31.07.2028 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 is adequate upto 31.12.2027</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The value of CA certificate has increased from Rs 10.26 crore to Rs 13.97 crore as compared to last CA certificate submitted. The project proponent has submitted undertaking as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">“I Gurukirpal Singh, Partner of Firm M/s Pivot Fabrique located at plot no. B-28, Industrial Area Phase III, Mohali do solemnly affirm and declare as hereunder:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">1. That the increase in the assets (CA Certificate) of the unit is due to the atomization of the unit. At present, we have switch to CNC machines instead of conventional machines.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">2. That there is no change in the production capacity of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">3. Furthermore, there is no generation of any trade effluent nor the air pollution.”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of the previous Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 granted to it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The site was visited by the undersigned on 07.11.2022 and contacted Sh. Sunny, Supervisor (9988093021). During visit it was observed as under:</span></p>

The representative was advised to provide evaporator for disposing off the water immediately.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 till 30.06.2028 and under Air Act, 1981 till 31.12.2027 subject to special conditions as under:</span></p>

The industry will inform to RO, Mohali in this regard after one month.</span></p>
