CTOW/Varied/LDH1/2017/6110822 dated 06.11.2017 valid upto 30.06.2022 & under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOW/Varied/LDH1/2017/6110822 dated 06.11.2017 valid upto 30.06.2022 for casting of auto parts @ 13 MTD under Orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 2cm; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry has now applied for renewal ‘Consent to Operate’ under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 under orange category along with requisite documents and fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 2cm; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry has submitted Latest CA Certificate regarding value of Fixed Assets as on 31-03-2022, Compliance report of previous Consent conditions. The documents submitted by the industry may kindly be perused. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 2cm; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">The industry was visited by undersigned on 09/11/2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry has installed 01 electric induction furnace of capacity 0.75 Ton with bag filter house as APCD along with adequate stack height and sampling arrangement.</span></p>

It appears that the APCD has not came in operation since long time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry has not maintained any record regarding the energy meter of APCD or APCD dust and has not maintained the hazardous waste room of the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The stack height attached with shot blasting machine and silica sand grinder machine was found in-adequate as mentioned in agenda note.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry is also engaged in dip painting.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US">8.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry has installed 01 DG sets of capacity 62.5 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. </span></p>
