CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2021/16311023 dated 09.09.2021 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2021/16310720 dated 09.09.2021 for production of dyeing of PC/cotton fabrics @ 1500 Kgs/day</span></span><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> </span></em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">with disposal of trade effluent @ 100 KLD onto land for plantation at land of about 1.2 Acres after ETP and domestic effluent @ 1.0 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank, which were expired on 08.09.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">Earlier, </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">the </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">industry</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> has applied for Consent to Establish (NOC) for expansion in the existing unit under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for the production of <span style="background: white;">dyeing of PC/cotton fabrics @ 5000 Kgs/day</span> & <span style="background: white;">dyeing of polyester fabrics @ 2000 Kgs/day</span> </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">with the disposal of trade effluent @ 300 KLD onto land for plantation after ETP and domestic effluent @ 3.0 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank but the same was refused.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">industry</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> has applied for revised Consent to Establish (NOC) for expansion in the existing unit under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for the production of <span style="background: white;">dyeing of PC/cotton fabrics @ 4000 Kgs/day</span> & <span style="background: white;">dyeing of polyester fabrics @ 2000 Kgs/day</span> </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">with the disposal of trade effluent @ 240 KLD onto land for plantation after ETP and domestic effluent @ 3.0 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">. The industry has deposited Rs. 10,800/- vide R. no. 603159958 dated 23.09.2022 as NOC fee, which is adequate for one year.</span></p>

After expansion total TE will be 240 KLD and the total plantation will be 03 Acres, which is principally adequate. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"> In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC for expansion) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period of one year for the generation and disposal of trade effluent @ 240 KLD onto land for plantation at 03 Acre land with usual conditions please.</span></p> |
