<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that show cause notice was issued to the industry with an opportunity to give reply within 3 days through online system. Further, RO has also informed regarding issuance of SCN, but, the industry has not submitted reply of SCN issued to it. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be refused, please.</p>
