The project proponent has applied </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">for obtaining fresh Consent to Establish (NOC) under Water Act, 1974 &amp; Air Act, 1981 </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">for the production of dyeing &amp; processing of fabrics @ 5 T/day with the proposed disposal of trade effluent @ 180 KLD onto land for plantation after ETP (Plantation Area is 2.25 Acres) and generation of domestic effluent @ 10.0 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank. The industry has deposited fee <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Rs. 21,600/- vide R. Hence, the site is suitable to set up the proposed unit at site.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>In view of above, it is recommended that the </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">consent to establish (NOC) under Water Act, 1974 &amp; Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period of one year with the suitable conditions and special conditions that the industry shall not commission its process without obtaining consents to operate of the Board.</span></p>
