The letter no. 248 dated 12.6.2019 has been issued by the SDO PWSSB whereas, the power to give sewer connection for the proposed hotel being setup is of the MC Phagwara. The PP has not submitted any proposal to process solid waste being bulk generator. The letter dated 12.72021 has been issued by Asstt. Health officer cannot absolve the PP from the responsibility of management of solid waste. Issue SCN without hearing. </p> |
