<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">The reply to observations raised by Competent Authority is under-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">1.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The consent to operate granted to the BKO under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 was revoked/ cancelled by the Board on 15.01.2020 due to reason that the BKO has not adopted induced draft technology . However, now the BKO has adopted induced draft technology, thus no action is pending against the BKO.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">2. After deducting penalty, the fee deposited by BKO is adequate upto 30.09.2030.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">3. As per the earlier CA certificate, the fixed assets of the BKO were Rs. 24.69 lakh as on 30.09.2016 and the lastest CA certificate is amounting to Rs. 13.98 lakh only. The matter has been clarified from industry & it has come to notice that in the previous CA , the value of fixed assets in <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>lease for all years was corporated and in latest CA , l year lease for one year is corporate. Thus, there is decrease in the CA certificate.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">4. Lease deed is valid up to 27.12.2026.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">4. No<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>un- </span><span lang="EN-IN">authorized fuel was found at the site.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN">Keeping in the view of above, it is recommended that varied Consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 the Air Act, 1981 both may be granted to BKO for manufacturing of Bricks / Tiles @ 96,00 Numbers/Day for a period upto 30.09.2026, with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
