Respected Sir, it is to inform you that we have already submitted the reply to the earlier clarification while returning last application under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 regarding non-submission of feasibility report regarding air pollution control device as well as completion certificate of APCD along with dimensional drawing. It is to inform you that we are manufacturing Plastic Granules by using Solid Plastic Waste i.e. Tub, Bucket, Chair, etc. Further, we have installed one extruder along with heater, mixer, grinder and one cutter. We are operating a very tiny unit. We have not installed air polluting devices in our factory only extruder is installed which is adequate stack height and no requirement for installation of APCD in the extruders.
It is therefore, requested to kindly process our application and grant consent to operate
under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. |
