The industry will comply with the guidelines issued by Deptt. of Science, Technology & Environment Govt. of Punjab vide Order No. 10/48/2004-STE (4)/932 dated 15.10.2013.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri Light','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;">2. The industry shall submit analysis report of emission sample analyzed from the Board’s lab to this office within one month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri Light','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;">3. The industry is bound to upgrade / replace its existing APCD as and when directed by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Calibri Light','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The certificate be appended with original CTO granted under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for production of raw rice with dyer @2.5 TPH and sorted rice @ 2 TPH.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">AEE to collect emission sample in this season.</p> |
