<p class="MsoNormal">It is submitted that the application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under :-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry has submitted the CA certificate of fixed assets mentioning total value of Rs. 41.61 lacs, in which the value of Building and Plant & machinery has been increased every year. However, the industry has not submitted the details of increase of the same. That with the increase of the same the production capacity has been changed or not.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry was granted consent to operate for generation of trade effluent @ 10.0 KLD. However, the industry has now submitted the application for generation of trade effluent @ 1.0 KLD in recirculation.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry has not verified the fee submitted under the Water & Air Acts.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The industry has not submitted the application under HWM Rules,2016 for utilization of ETP sludge in its process.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify;">As such, the application of the industry cannot be considered at this stage.</p>
