The note for returning the case is produced below:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">"The industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 01/11/2022 and while processing the application it was observed as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">1. The total land mentioned in the application form is 56129.29 sqr mtr or 13 acres approx. whereas, as per the copy of the Registries submitted by the industry alongwith application form are representing only 3 acres of land approx. The industry is required to clarify that this 3 acres of land is new land to be added to the project or it’s the total land of the project.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">2. The industry has submitted the project report wherein the cost of the new plant and machinery for the expansion of the unit is Rs. 3743/- lacs, whereas, in the application form the industry has mentioned the total cost of plant and machinery (including earlier one) is Rs. 3277/- lacs. The industry is required to clarify the cost of plant and machinery to be added and the total of the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">3. The industry has mentioned the name of product and raw material as Raw Rice bran oil which needs clarification as the name of the product and raw material cannot be same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">4. The industry has mentioned in its feasibility report that it has 06 acres of land under plantation as per Karnal Technology which in application form it has been mentioned land @ 0.5 and 0.6 for the utilization of treated trade and domestic effluent which needs clarification. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">5. During visit, the representative of the industry informed that it has upgraded its ETP and DAF project, whereas, it has not submitted completion certificate of the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">Due to above said observations, the application of the industry cannot be processed at this stage and same is returned herewith a request to re-submit the application after removing the above said observations.
