<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="caret-color: #5d5d5d; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; margin-bottom: 5pt; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background-color: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;"> 2.<span style="font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">The automobile service station will comply with the effluent standards as notified by MoEF&CC vide notification no. G.S.R. 952(E) dated 26.12.2019.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="caret-color: #5d5d5d; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; margin-bottom: 5pt; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background-color: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;"> 3.<span style="font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> The agency will operate its ETP regularly and scientifically and shall maintain proper record of the effluent generated/ treated.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="caret-color: #5d5d5d; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; margin-bottom: 5pt; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background-color: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;"><span style="font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">44. The agency will provide EMF meter at the inlet/ outlet of the ETP and will install water install meter at the raw water source, within 10 days.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="caret-color: #5d5d5d; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; margin-bottom: 5pt; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background-color: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;"> </span><span style="text-indent: -0.25in; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">The Regional Office be requested to de-seal the washing section of the agency and to collect the effluent samples of the agency within one month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="caret-color: #5d5d5d; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; margin-bottom: 5pt; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: -0.25in;">Notice for violation of the provisions of the HOWM Rules, 2016 be issued to the agency with an opportunity to submit reply in the matter, within 10 days.</span></p>
