<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;">In view of above, If approved:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;">A.</span></strong><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;"> The agency may be granted consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for washing/servicing of vehicles for a period up to 30.09.2027/Adequacy of consent fees, subject to specific conditions as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;"> 1. The unit shall not cause any kind of pollution which is harmful to the nearby residents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;"> 2. The automobile service station will comply with the effluent standards as notified by MoEF&CC vide notification no. G.S.R. 952(E) dated 26.12.2019.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;"> 3. The agency will operate its ETP regularly and scientifically and shall maintain proper record of the effluent generated/ treated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;">4. The agency will provide EMF meter at the inlet/ outlet of the ETP and will install water at the raw water source, within 10 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;">B.</span></strong><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;"> The Regional Office be requested to de-seal the washing section of the agency and to collect the effluent samples of the agency within one month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;">C.</span></strong><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;"> Notice for violation of the provisions of the HOWM Rules, 2016 be issued to the agency with an opportunity to submit reply in the matter, within 10 days.</span></p>
