<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted reply to show cause that the domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD will be treated through a septic tank and will be disposed off onto land for plantation of 100 sq. yards and the cooling effluent will be re-circulated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">In view of above, it is recommended that 'Consent to establish' (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable conditions.</span></p>
