<p style="text-align: justify;">Moreover, it has been informed that rent amount of land & building is Rs. 1,20,000/- per annum and the value of just one year is included in the CA certificate to keep the assets below 50 lacs, which does not seem to be correct.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, if approved, the Regional Office be requested to obtain the rent deed and get the correct CA certifcate in the matter to adjudge the adequacy of consent fee deposited by the agency.</p>
