<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">But, the Board has not allowed CETP Operator to make new agreements or revised agreements.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">If approved, show cause notice for refusal of consent may be issued to the industry with opportunity to submit reply, within 7 days. </span></p>
