<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; text-indent: 96px; background-color: #ffffff;">It is submitted that that in reply of observation no 1 ,there is an increase in the cost of plant & machinery of Rs. 14.96 lakhs and as per the increse details submited by the industry(attched in the documents) the cost incurred is mainly attributted towards purchase of equipments for gas connections .</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; background-color: #e8f6f9;"> The CA certificate submitted by us is mentioned gross value of fixed assets, which indicates value of fixed assets without depreciation. The industry has moved to the cleaner fuel and the industry was not aware of the fact that the varied consents to be obtained before expiry of the already granted consents. after completion of the paper work the consents have been applied. The industry shall apply an appropriate time in future</span></p>
