<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">It is recommended that consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.09.2024 with special condition that the consent has been granted on the basis of documents submitted by the industry to the effect that it is complying with the conditions of the consent granted under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, in case a part or the entire contents of the compliance report are found incorrect after conduct of visit to the unit, then, action as deemed fit shall be taken without any further opportunity/notice.</span></p>
