The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry has submitted compliance report wherein it has given the compliance of special conditions mentioned in the consents. The industry has not given the clear comments/details of the actions taken for the compliance of said conditions.
2. The industry has also not submitted the details of the production record of last one year i.e. from 01.04.2021 to 30.05.2022 to check as there is any increase in production/ pollution load beyond the consents earlier granted to it.
The application of the industry cannot be processed at this stage without above said information. Therefore, you are requested to provide the above said information within 02 days so that the application can be processed further
