While processing the application it was observed that the industry had earlier deposited consent fee of Rs. 14,500/- vide online UTR no. N327211722990075 dated 23/11/2021 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. 14,500/- under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 Rs. 500/- as application form fees vide online UTR. No. N327211723020745 dated 23/11/2021, which is adequate upto 30/09/2023 under both Acts. The industry is requested to deposit more fees for next 04 years @ 11,600/- each (total = 23,200/-) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, so that the consent may be granted for next 05 years.
It is therefore requested to deposit above said fees within 02 days through online. |
