The application of the hospital has been scrutinized and it was observed that the hospital has provided ETP plant in its premises whereas, it is required to provide ETP-cum-STP plant. Further, the hospital has not given the details of the effluent/waste water to be generated other than the domestic effluent in its application form.
The application of the hospital cannot be processed at this stage without above said information. Therefore, you are requested to provide the above said information within 01 days so that the application can be processed further.
