<p class="MsoPlainText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; font-style: normal;">The project proponent has proposed to utilize treated wastewater in parks/green belt i.e. the mentioned areas shall not be developed as karnal technology; as such the available area of 4 acres is not sufficient for utilization of treated wastewater @ 186 KLD. </span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; font-style: normal;">STP Bathinda is not having spare capacity to take the load of the wastewater to be generated from the colony, as such Board cannot allow the project proponent to discharge any wastewater into sewer line leading to STP, Bathinda. Therefore, the project proponent is required to submit revised proposal regarding utilization of entire treated wastewater onto land for plantation/gardening only. </span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; font-style: normal;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>In view of above, if approved notice for refusal of 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) be issued to the project proponent with an opportunity to <span style="background: white;">submit revised proposal for utilization of entire treated wastewater onto land for plantation/gardening & for dual plumbing and shall submit layout plan showing area(s) where the treated wastewater shall be used for plantation/gardening purposes and for reuse, within 10 days.</span></span></p>
