In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note, </span><span style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;">it is recommended <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>that the consent to operate under <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Agricultural Parts @ 4.0 TPD by using MS Round Bar & Square Bar @ 4.0 TPD, as raw material may be granted to the industry <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>for the period upto 30/09/2027 subject to <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>suitable conditions <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and additional conditions that the industry shall not carry out any wet process without getting prior approval of the Board. The industry shall not install any shot/sand blasting machinery without getting <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>NOC/ consent of the Board.</span></p> |
