It is submitted that the industry was granted consents to operate upto 19.7.2023 with following special conditions:
1. The industry shall apply online for grant of Terms of Reference (ToR) followed by Environment Clearance as required under EIA Notification, 2006 and in accordance with MoEF notification no. S.O. 3250(E) dt 20.7.2022 within one month.
2. The industry shall get its stack emission sample analysed from Board’s Lab, within 1 month.
You are requested to submit compliance of above conditions within 2 days.
