CTE/Fresh/FGS/2022/18215400 dated 12/05/2022 valid upto 11/05/2023 and under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of Steel Ingots, Billets, HR Flats, Strips (With CCM Plant & rolling mill) @ 375T/day with special condition that the industry shall dismantle its existing dismantle its existing re-heating furnace and rolling mill, before applying for obtaining fresh CTO of the Board. Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 with requisite documents through OCMMS under orange category after installation of 1 no. induction furnace of capacity 25 TPH.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">Further, as per MSME certificate/ Udyog Adhaar Registration (attached herewith), it is registered under Medium Scale. And, competency to decide Large/ Medium scale orange industries lies with CEE of the Board as per PPCB policy. </span></p>
