<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';"> Disposal Arrangement - It is proposed to utilize the treated water for parks/green area/road side/parking site/pathways to be developed in an area of 10 acres. Also, it has been submitted in the feasibility report that the adjoining agriculture land area of 26 kanal 09 marlas {khasra no. 362//24 (8-0), 25 (7-18), 372//4min (7-11) & 5/1 (3-0)} will be utilized as per the requirement for development of plantation area. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><span style="font-size: 6pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><strong><em><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">SITE OBSERVATIONS:-</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">There is no rice sheller/BKO in 500-meter radius, no HMP within 300 meter distance & MAH within 250-meter radius and air polluting industry within 100-meter radius of the proposed colony to be developed in 49.28 acres.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">It has been reported that the built up area as per the maximum FAR is more than 1,50,000 sq.mtr. Hence, the prject is covered under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">RECOMMENDATIONS</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">In view of above, if approved, Consent to establish/NOC may be granted to the project proponent for establishment of a residential colony in an area of 49.28 acres for 377 residential plots + 90 commercial plots, 01 Restaurant, 01 Nursery school and 1 Religious Building Plot, subject to the following specific conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent will not undergo any construction without any construction activities without obtaining prior environmental clearance as required under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent will install the effluent treatment facility/STP simultaneously with the development of the colony.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent will not use any fresh water in the green area/ plantation developed inside the project premises and will make adequate arrangements to reuse the treated effluent for flushing purposes and / or for watering of green areas in the project premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent will ensure that the municipal solid waste generated from its colony is handled in an environmentally sound manner and the Bio degradable solid waste shall be managed through in-house treatment, in compliance to the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>
