<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: #F4F7FB;">Please peruse proceedings of the personal hearing dated 17.10.2022 given to the industry. The industry was asked to submit documents w.r.t. total land available with it at the present location and revised C.A certificate showing fixed assets of the industry including cost of the land and shall deposit additional consent fee (if any)<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>in view of the amended value of fixed assets.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: #F4F7FB;">RO was also asked to submit fresh comments w.r.t. documents submitted by the industry. The industry has attached registered sale deed dated 27.04.2021 of 6 kanals 12 marlas area in the name of prop. of the industry i.e. Ms. Reema Gagneja w/o Sh. Harbans Lal and two other registered sale deeds dated 26.05.1994 of 4 kanals 9 marlas area and 26.07.1994 of 7 kanals 8 marlas area in the name of M/s Durga Industries, Jalalabad, Tehsil Fazilka, Distt. Ferozepur. A jamabandi dated 29.08.2022 has also been attached by the industry, wherein 6 kanals 12 marlas are in the name of Ms. Reema Gagneja w/o Sh. Harbans Lal and remaining 11 kanals 17 marlas are in the name of M/s Durga Industries, Jalalabad. An akks chajjra of the industry has also been attached i.e. the industry has submitted documents showing ownership of 18 kanals 9 marlas land and the AEE, Faridkot vide his note dated 12.11.2022 has informed that the machinery has been installed in this 18 kanals 9 marla land only. Further, revised C.A. certificate amounting to Rs. 59.29 lacs has been attached by the industry clearly showing the value of land, building, plant & machinery and has deposited additional fee of Rs. 2700/- under each Act to make CTOs fee adequate upto 30.09.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: #F4F7FB;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>In view of above, RO has recommended to grant of CTOs to the industry under orange category for a period of six months alongwith temporary restoration of electric supply to the industry subject to special conditions as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: #F4F7FB;">The industry shall not operate parboiling section for production of saila rice without permission of the Board.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: #F4F7FB;">The industry shall submit schedule for re-commissioning of its unit during current paddy season.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: #F4F7FB;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Recommended as proposed by EE,RO, Faridkot subject to additional condition that the Board shall not be responsible for any financial loss / legal dispute (if any) between the sale / purchase of the unit between M/s Durga Industries, Fazilka Road, Jalalabad (w), Distt. Fazilka and M/s Manav Rice Mills, Fazilka Road, Jalalabad (w), Distt. Fazilka.</span></p>
