CTE/Fresh/LDH1/2022/18510243 dated 09.05.2022 valid up to 08.05.2023 with special conditions that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 28.5pt .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">1.<span style="font-style: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></em><!--[endif]--><em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall install adequate ETP with ZLD system for treatment of trade effluent to be generated from process before commissioning of the unit and in any case, it shall not discharge its treated or untreated trade effluent into sewer. </span></em></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 28.5pt .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">2.<span style="font-style: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></em><!--[endif]--><em><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall install adequate APCD with hot-dip galvanizing process before commissioning of the unit.</span></em></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> Now the industry has applied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 27000/- vide no. BKIDY22276959799 dated 14.10.2022 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 500/- vide no. BKIDY22276959799 dated 14.10.2022 as application form fee and Rs. 27000/- vide no. BKIDY22276959799 dated 14.10.2022, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> To verify the facts the industry was visited by Environmental Engineer of this office on 14.11.2022 & observed that:-</span></p>

The industry has installed LPG furnace for heating. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .5in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed ETP based on ZLD technology for treatment of effluent. The ETP installed by the industry principally adequate.</span></p>
