In this case, general siting guidelines are applicable. However, no certificate from the revenue authority, such as DC/ADC/SDM submitted by the promoter.</span></p>

However,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>the promoter is required to submit revised layout plan along with the application clearly indicating the green buffer towards the school.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 82.2pt; background: white;"><strong><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Helvetica; background: white;">Due to the above observations, return the application to the promoter and guide him regarding the compliances of the same.</span></strong></p>

However, the promoter has proposed industrial park in the said land.</span></p>

Either report any air pollution source (if any) in the vicinity of the proposed project or asked the industry to submit any document in this regard.</p>
