<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><em>“There is no addition in production capacity of unit. However, it has installed 1 no. wood based Baby Boiler of capacity 1 TPH with cyclone as APCD & adequate stack height without obtaining NOC from the Board. Therefore, it has applied for obtaining varied consent to operate”.</em></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">The industry has already submitted approved building plan dated 14.09.2022 from Sh. Sushil Kumar Garg, Competent person approved from Director of Factories, Punjab</span>.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 12.0pt 0cm 8.0pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is again recommended that Varied CTO under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted upto 30/09/2027 subject to suitable conditions as under:</span></p>
