<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry has now the industry has submitted the CA Certificate regarding fixed assets as on 30/09/2022 mentioning the value of land. Accordingly, the fee submitted by the industry is valid upto 30/06/2023.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, if approved, Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30/06/2023 with suitable conditions and additional condition that it will inform in writing as and when it comes in operation so that air emission samples could be collected by the Board.</p> |
