PBIP/PPCB/2018/CTO(W)-44 dated 22.03.2018 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. PBIP/PPCB/2018/CTO(A)-44 dated 22.03.2018, both were valid upto 30/09/2022 for manufacturing of IMFL @ 12.330 KLD by using Bulk litre spirt @ 5.60 KLD, Water @ 6.70 KLD as raw material under orange category with certain conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 15.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now, the industry has submitted application for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of IMFL @ 12.330 Kilo Liters/Day by using Bulk Liter Spirit @ 5.60 Kilo Liters/Day, water @ 6.70 Kilo Liters/Day as raw material under orange category. The industry has deposited Rs. 54000/- vide UTR No. YESB22373758834 dated 25.08.2022 & Rs. 54000/- vide UTR No. YESB22373697339 dated 25.08.2022 on account of consent fee under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 108000 vide Receipt No. 305396700 dated 27.09.2022 on account of consent fee under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2027 under each act against the value of fixed assets of Rs. 674.71 lakh as on 28.10.2022 as per C.A. certificate submitted by it. The industry has also deposited Rs. 10800/- as NOC regularization fee vide Receipt No. 305396700 dated 27.09.2022 against the increase in cost of fixed assets amounting Rs. 4.72 crores. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 15.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has submitted an undertaking dated 01.11.2022 that there is no increase in quantity of raw material & products as well as quantity of effluent generation. The addition in value of plant & machinery is due to replacement of labelling machine and batch printer and general tools and equipment’s for maintenance of existing machineries. The industry has further undertaken that addition in value of plant & machinery has not change production volume. The industry has submitted building plan from the Competent Authority of Director of Factories, Punjab.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 15.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has submitted analysis report conducted by NOIDA Testing Laboratories on 09.05.2022 at outlet of ETP as well as outlet of STP. As per analysis report, the various parameters were within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board. The industry has submitted compliance report of the consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 15.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016 decided to grant auto renewal of Consent to Operate/ Establish to Orange & Green Category of Industries within 7 days of its application submission without the need of visiting the site/ premises of the industry, in order to facilitate the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 15.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The promoter was complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 15.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In view of above mentioned facts, it is recommended that the consents under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.09.2027 for manufacturing of IMFL @ 12.330 Kilo Liters/Day by using Bulk Liter Spirit @ 5.60 Kilo Liters/Day, water @ 6.70 Kilo Liters/Day as raw material under orange category subject to suitable conditions and following additional conditions:</span></p>
