Rs. 8.92 lakhs to Rs. 13.34 lakhs</span> and it has been informed by the Regional Office that the industry has submitted an undertaking, wherein it has been stated that the value of plant & machinery has increased due to some repair and replacement of old machinery parts, however there is no increase in production capacity/ pollution load.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The industry was lastly visited by the officer of the Board on 20.07.2018 and it was reported that the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as well as the code of practice prescribed by the Board for hot mix plants.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The Regional Office has processed the consent application in light of Board’s Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016, wherein it was decided to grant auto renewal of Consent to Operate/ Establish to Orange & Green Category of Industries within 7 days of its application submission without the need of visiting the site/ premises of the industry, in order to facilitate the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">In view of above, if approved, the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2022 subject to the following specific conditions:</span></p>

Admn./SA2/F.No.178/99/03 dt. 26.04.99 for hot mix plant.</span></p>
