Residential Plots and 14 no. Commercial Plots in an area of 6.28 acres subject to the following specific conditions:</span></p>

Bathinda. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The project proponent will obtain change of land use (CLU) for the colony, from the concerned Department, within 3 months. </span></p>

T</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">he project proponent shall make arrangements to reuse the treated effluent for flushing purposes and / or for watering of green areas in the project premises and only the surplus treated waste water shall be discharged into the MC, sewer, in compliance to the order of the Board issued vide no. 315 dt. 05.07.2018. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The project proponent will ensure that the municipal solid waste generated from its colony is handled in an environmentally sound manner and the Bio degradable solid waste be managed through in-house treatment, in compliance to the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">This consent to establish is issued from pollution angle and the project proponent shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other concerned departments, as required. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">Now, application applied for extension in the validity of Consent to Establish (NOC).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The Regional Office has reported that </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The PP has developed the road network, drinking water network, sewage system and other basic facilities inside the colony. No house has been completed inside the colony, however, 4-5 houses are under construction. STP installed but there is no generation of the effluent and as such the STP was non-operational. Land area of 0.3 acres provided under parks & green area for utilization of waste water after STP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">In view of above, if approved, consent to establish (NOC) may be extended for another one year subject to the conditions imposed earlier alongwith the specific condition that the PP shall ensure </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">reuse of the treated effluent for flushing purposes and / or for watering of green areas in the project premises by laying pipelines etc. simultaneously with the commissioning of the project.</span></p>
