<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">It is pertinent to mention here that the compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing held on 28.03.2022 before the worthy Chairman of the Board was given in the earlier applications dealt through OCMMS. Thereafter, considering the same renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted upto 05.11.2022 subject to certain terms and conditions as well as consent to establish (NOC) for expansion was also granted for which the industry has now applied for varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Compliance of the directions in the Hon’ble NGT order dated 25.02.2021 was also attached with the same. However, the same is attached herewith.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of the above, it is once again recommended the varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.03.2024 subject to suitable conditions as per earlier consents granted to it.</p> |
