<p class="MsoNormal">As per the clarification raised it is submitted that the CTO granted to the BKO was revoked vide vide no. 906 dated 15.01.2020. (copy attached)</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The BKO has submitted new undertaking c/s by CA mentioning that the entries made in the coal register are true and correct.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The industry has submitted copy of registered lease deed as per which it is having lease hold of the land having khasra nos. 115//11min(3-11), 12(7-11), 9(8-0), 20(4-0) total 23 kanals 2 marlas which is 462/5221 part of land<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>261 kanals 01 marlas in the name of the owner of the land. ( copy of the old and new lease deed attached). The<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>khasra nos are same as the old lease deed as well as the siting guidelines report.</p> |
